l 课题目标:
利用3D打印技术构建患者来源的肝内胆管癌及肝癌模型,用于肿瘤生物学研究、药物筛选、精准医疗等研究领域。
l 主要研究方法:
1. 采用生物绘图原理3D打印患者来源肿瘤细胞;
2. 研究多元材料体系和结构设计对肿瘤细胞生长的影响;
3. 基于3D打印结构体,研究肿瘤细胞的干性特征、纤维化程度及上皮间充质转化现象;
4. 研究个性化肿瘤模型的药物代谢特征及药物筛选应用。
